Appearance:

Phoenix is a large wolf that doesn’t look as strong as he is. He is very tall and though it is hard to tell, he also has a lot of muscle. He is certainly not skinny but he is closer to that description than he is to bulky. His fur color is a grey on the top with a lot of tan hues in the undercoat that show up a little on his back. The tan color takes over on in sides, stomach, and chin. He has blue eyes and pointed grey ears with black around the edges and tan on the inside.

Personality:

Phoenix is a very caring wolf and knows how to see things from other animals’ perspective. He does have a temper though. Sure, it takes a long time for him to get to the point of exploding, but in the end if it happens it is not pretty at all. For the most part he would never hurt anyone; especially those he cares about which at time can seem like everyone. Some might call his personality strange and if strange is anything outside of the norm, and then he certainly fits the description. Just like anyone else he has his quirks, but his can be much more out there at times. However, generally speaking he is just like any other wolf.

History:

Phoenix was born 3 years ago and since then his life has been somewhat difficult. He was one of two pups born to his mother so there was no run. However, in the end, he was still always living in the shadow of his older brother, Griffin. For some reason bird names have always run in the family. Sure this is completely random, but that’s ok. Anyway, Phoenix always had to get compared to his “older” brother. He was never really good enough for his parents it seemed. He felt so different, but his parents didn’t want different. They wanted two perfect pups.

Eventually, the young wolf decided to be just like his brother in every way. Sometimes he would get praise and the attention whore Griffin would sometimes get jealous. This led to a rift between the two brothers that has gotten deeper and deeper since that time. Phoenix was always different, and he knew it, but he couldn’t quite put his paw on it. In the end, he had to be honest with himself and come to terms with the fact the he was very different, at least from his brother. He finally accepted himself and when he told his parents of this acceptance they were less than pleased. His brother suddenly felt threatened by Phoenix and it came to blows near the end of their stay in the place they grew up. Both brothers were wounded in the fight and have since not spoken.
